Attentive Healthcare provides recruiting, screening, testing, verification and assessment for "best fit" personalities. We use networking, referral development and advertising to obtain a substantial pool of qualified personnel from which to make placements.
Our flexible, 8-26 week travel assignments help you:
- Minimize the time and expense you expend on recruitment, screening and interviewing

Recruiting, Screening and Hiring
Every Attentive Healthcare applicant undergoes a strict process of interviewing, establishing credibility and assuring competency. Candidates must meet our criteria before we consider placing them with a staffing partner.
Each application includes interviews with two nurses and our contract manager, as well as skills testing with our recruiters. Because every Attentive Healthcare recruiter has worked and traveled as a healthcare provider, they are especially prepared to discern the skill levels of candidates in each specialty area.
Every candidate must also complete an application packet, submit a resume and provide a work history. Candidates must have a minimum or 1-2 years experience in the specialty area of the proposed assignment. Attentive Healthcare also collects the following information for each applicant:
- Complete background investigation
- Education verification
- Employment verification
- Licensure verification
- Reference check with a minimum of two previous employers
- Physical exam
- Drug screening
- Any other documentation your facility or agency requires
